  • Psychometric Multiple Intelligence Test:
    The term “psychometric assessment” means measuring the skills and natural abilities of a person and how these abilities best fit a role in an organization. It provides deep insight into about 300 different career options for an individual.

  • Psychological Screening Inventory (PSI):
    PSI is mainly based on Carl Jung’s theory of different personality types. Jung observed that repeated behavior patterns are linked to how people understand the world and how they make decisions. This pattern is very similar to the well-known Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) test, and it is sometimes called the mini MBTI. MBTI measures how people usually behave, while PSI measures how people would like to behave.

  • Thematic Apperception Test (TAT):
    It is a method used to understand a person’s feelings, main drives, emotions, personality conflicts, and inner thoughts.

  • Richmond Survey Instrument (RSI):
    The concept of career anchors was introduced by Edgar Schein. It explains what people expect from their career and how they make final career decisions. Careers are based on security and status, autonomy, innovation, expertise, power, money, social connection, and meaning.
